Jennifer Padilla holds a Master level social work license of 10+ years and has taught undergraduate and graduate level social work courses at a local university. She merges her extensive knowledge of human behavior with small business development. Jennifer assists small business owners in the development of sound organizational structures. She works collaboratively with key small business leadership to develop business cultures that are people oriented, valued based, and ethically driven. As a small business owner, Jennifer is aware of the importance of people management, the flow of information, and financial wellness. She uses a team approach to pool resources, management abilities, and technical knowledge.
